What Is the ISSB Call Letter?
The ISSB call up letter is the formal invitation for you to show up at an ISSB test centre. You get this only after you have cleared the previous stage of your application process — that is usually just 1 written paper and some basic level medical tests according to Army/Navy/Air Force types. The letter lists three main points.
- Your test centre (Kohat, Gujranwala, Malir, or Quetta)
- Your reporting date and time
- Your must-have packing/document list
Without this letter (or an official printout of your online information), you will be denied entry to the test centre — so treat it like a necessary document, not just a formality.
ISSB Result 2026: Two Separate Things to Check
Many candidates are mistaken between the “call letter status” and the “final result” as these is two different processing stage but on same portal:
- Call Letter / Call Status — Informing you whether you’ve been qualified for testing and when and where to land.
- Status of Results — this informs you about the status after having undergone the entire ISSB testing process (which is usually a multi-day assessment that includes psychological tests and group tasks along with an interview).
And both can typically be checked from the same landing page on issb. gov.pk, so ensure that you’re selecting the right tab for what you really require.
How to Check ISSB Call Letter Status Online (Step-by-Step)
Here are the steps for checking your status on their official site.

- You will find your Call letter available in the link. Click from it to generate your PDF file of call letter.
- Download the PDF file onto your electronic device (but not just to print right away, that way you have a backup copy if the printer cannot be reached in time).
