BS Programs

  • Matric & Intermediate (or equivalent)
  • Valid NUST Entry Test (NET) result is mandatory to be eligible for admission.
  • Merit Formula:
    • NET: 75%
    • Matric: 10%
    • Intermediate: 15%

MS / MPhil Programs

  • BS/BE in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2.5 CGPA
  • 57 GATE (General) with 50% marks OR NET-PG

PhD Programs

  • MS/MPhil in relevant field
  • Minimum 3.0 CGPA
  • the Subject Specialization in GAT OR NET (as the case may be).

Yes you can appear in NET-PG rather than GAT.

What CGPA is required for NUST MS?

A CGPA of 3.0+ pretty much guarantees if you are in CS and Engineering, etc.

Is the fee payable in installments?

Normally, the entire amount of first semester fee is to be paid. m m e n t s I n s t a l l m en ts may be arranged in case of hardship.
