New Rules and Regulations for BIEK Admission
For the 2025–2026 school year, the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has introduced new rules and regulations for students entering the first year. Now, admissions across Sindh will be based on Class IX results. Only students with A1 or A grades will be eligible for open merit seats.

SECCAP Enrollment Form 2025
The official website (seccap.dgcs.gos.pk) allows students to easily download the SECCAP Enrolment Form 2025 in PDF format. You can obtain the forms for various streams, including pre-medical, pre-engineering, computer science, commerce, and the arts. Both boys and girls can complete the form and submit their application online.
A Guide to Karachi: How to Fill Out the SECCAP Form and Make a Claim
Students can’t request a different teacher on the claim form; therefore, they must be careful when completing the placement form.
- If a student’s grades are better than their merit, colleges won’t accept them, and they won’t submit any forms.
- Currently, a kid cannot revise their top eight selections for universities or high schools.
- This means that shifting the form no longer suffices.
- Only official claim centers will accept applications. SECCAP headquarters will not accept paper applications.
- The forms will only be available at certain places.
- We will only accept original documents; we will not accept photocopies or faxes.
- Please include a copy of the receipt and the digital form with your submission.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-Medical: You need to get at least 70% on your Science tests.
- For Pre-Engineering, you need to achieve a minimum score of 65% on both your math and science tests.
- Computer Science: You need at least 60% in math and science classes.

- Mark Sheet for 9th Grade B-Form (Birth Certificate)
- Certificate of Matriculation (if available)
- Photographs in the size of a passport taken recently
- National Identity Card (if necessary)
